Brief: To refurbish a previously closed restaurant in the style Gordon Ramsay's established Bread Street Kitchen brand.

For this project the client wanted to utilise as much of the the existing as possible, to open the space quickly. The atmosphere needed to give an industrial bistro feel in line with other Bread Street Kitchens, but tweaked for this compact site. We concentrated on providing ideas for new wall finishes and lighting, whilst reupholstering furniture to bring in brand colours.
